You asked on a suse list, you got a suse answer. The rc commands are a suse
enhancement, in the unix style, of a nice alternative to the usual clunky old
"/etc/init.d/blah stop; /etc/init.d/blah start" or "service network stop;
service network start"
You need to ask in the smoothwall forums - in any case rcnetwork is probably
not going to what you want, as was mentioned - look at the dhcp man page, or
the smoothwall docs.
